
Emma graduated with a Masters in Creative Writing Scriptwriting from the University of East Anglia in 2013. Emma also has a BA degree in Scriptwriting and Performance from the University of East Anglia (2012). Emma’s writing credits include Love Left Hanging and The Bricks of Burston for Stuff of Dreams Theatre Company. She was co-founder alongside James Holloway and Julia Sowerbutts for the Ink Festival, and worked as Festival director until 2017. Other credited works include assisting in the writing and production of feature film, Looking to Eternity, radio play Prize broadcast by BBC Radio Suffolk in 2020, as well as her travel blog, sharing adventures and tips travelling with young children. Emma’s new radio drama, ‘The Bothy’ was performed at Ink Festival 2023. Emma is working on her debut children’s picture book as an author illustrator. Emma works in water colour, neocolour, woodcut, Lino cut and dry point etch printing.
